Every time i go to open the game it shows a black screen. On task manager it shows the engine for a few seconds and then windows reporting manager pops up, right after it does the whole thing shuts off. I've done everything listed here and tried to use outside sources as well but nothing seems to work. Is it worth to keep trying or to just request a refund?

The same thing happens to me, I'm between making a refund or waiting for a solution.

Literally. I tried emailing the support email listed, but there were apparently temporary difficulties in delivering the email. At this point i just want a refund.

This is terrible, I still can't play my game even though I paid for it, I want my money.

Exactly, I'd be even more agitated if in the end they don't even refund or fix the game.
