The public version has just been updated to the last patreon version (as the patreon version has also been update haha)
But in the current cycle, the patreon version 0.1.3B adds in 3 new transformation sets (rodent, canine and geckling) as well as egg laying mechanics, some new items and interactions among other tidbits.
