nice! Which engine are you working with? I was making mine in Unreal Engine but since each of the modules simulated physics it became very taxing to have multiple ships on screen.

It's Unity. Yep, once it becomes 100+ blocks it's going to hit the performance but I deliberately chose low res retro style so that you can hide many imperfections behind it (and rendering in lower res obviously reduces resources consumption)
