Not quite. The pink place is still under development (meaning only a handfuld of NPCs actually work, and even fewer have dialogue). I'm guessing you fought Tyrrany then. If so, Travel north from the desert for the dragon quest. You're looking for a white snowy island with an igloo and a fort.
After the dragon quest, you are done with the game so far, as that's all the content that's been released for 4.10.
