The mouse following the cursor and handling actions with the mouse wheel was a bit of an odd choice, despite making for a nice pun. I found precision with the mouse to be a bit tricky but started adjusting over time. Somehow I was able to complete the most of the first level with just my mouse pad... but it wasn't pretty! I switched to a proper mouse after dying a bunch of times at the end of level 1.
When I die and get sent back to a checkpoint I have to swing my mouse back to the checkpoint before my little guy suicide dives off a cliff or into some spikes (not really an issue, more just funny).
Gameplay is challenging and fun when you get the hang of it and satisfying to complete sections.
The aberration theme doesn't exactly jump out at me.
