I'm in a bit of a bind, and I think I know where I made my mistake. I want to delete my save data, but when I looked for it in my files, it didn't show up. Before I started playing it, I added it into my Steam Library, which is where I think I made my mistake. While I've tried digging through Steam to try and see if I can find the .save with "settings" thing, I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm not sure what else I can do, and I'm not sure if anyone else has done this and thus knows how to fix it.

Hey! I don't often add non steam games so im not an expert. However, just first try and follow the advice by the dev which i'm sure you already have but just in case. If that doesn't work try removing it then doing the same that helped me! Hope i could help! :D

If you can't find the advice then here it is.

If you want to delete the saved data, or you accidently change the resolution of the game and can not change it again then go to:

C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\That's not my neighbor
