Great job! Though button assignments for "Shields Up" AKA Force Field and "Fire" should be swapped.
CTRL/V/Joypad B0 --> "Shields Up" | ALT/B/Joypad B1 --> "Fire".
That is how the control panel is laid out in the Arcade originals for Amstar and the widely popular/distributed Centuri license cabinets.
