Is the 0.1 version the version included in the current "Top 5 Adult Games! (50% Off) +1 free" bundle? Or is it the current Patreon version (0.2)?

Only the free version is distributed in the bundle. Version 0.2 will appear on itch.io on March 14 (as well as on other sites) and will also be free.
Participation in the bundle on a free basis (we do not receive a share from sales) allows you to share the game with a large number of people.
