It also makes Floor 2 Apartment 4 unclickable too. I've figured out that one way to undo this bug is to view all of Floor 3's files. You can view Floor 1 files and Floor 2 Apartment 4 after that. IDK if that's a for sure way around it but it's worked for me so far
