I'm currently stuck at the "Talk to Stella after day 65" Quest. If I try to only the normal options come up. I did all other quests to day 68 already. Only this one is missing. Is this intended? And if not, how do I fix it?

This is a Ramoray-related quest triggered when you enter the mansion. Usually morning/afternoon.
Try exiting and entering from the map. Also check the University bathroom/swimming pool and talk to all the girls, then try again.
HINT: You'll end up returning to the swimming pool for something afterward.
