yes it's safe, I think the messaged may be caused by the fact that it's a godot game, I heard there could be some issues (if we change the game icon for example, i didn't though so i'll have to see if i can fix this)
Yeah apparently it's just windows being paranoid cause the game hasn't been played by a lot of people and therefore isn't trusted yet, the only fix i could find was for me to buy a license but i sadly can't really do that 😅
