Here on itch, you get both the Windows .exe and the iOS .ipa files, along with those on other platforms with the same purchase. Though you'll likely need to take extra steps to install the ipa file, see https://chrunos.com/install-ipa-on-iphone/
The game is of course also available via the Apple App Store (and Steam), and that would be a separate purchase.
