Are you using Windows? Did you run in full screen? Are in your settings Hardware acceleration activated?

hardware acceleration is on and its in full screen. i am using a chrome book

You mean browser tabs for different web sites or something else?
I think it should work on chrome book, but maybe try on PC or phone...
