When i open the application I get the message: “Linelith” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash. 

No rush, I just downloaded it on my windows machine and it works. brilliant game, btw

I got the same error with Patrick's Parabox mac download as well. I wonder if it's a problem on my end?

For Parabox, in this thread https://itch.io/t/2017621/mac-build I determined that there are two workarounds for this issue:
1. Install the itch.io app (https://itch.io/app) and run the game from there.
2. Or, run the commands listed in that thread to fix the perimssions.

Possibly these workarounds will apply to Linelith too. Sorry for the inconvenience.

tbh I'm gonna continue on windows, just brought this up in case it was an unknown issue

I can confirm that the Mac version works if I run this in a terminal:

xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine ~/Downloads/Linelith.app
