How do I fix this? I tried reinstalling the game but that didn't work.

Damn.

That's most likely because you changed the Resolution Scale to under 50, which I advised against. Try clicking around the right side of the tablet until you start to see changes. Around where the red checkbox is.

Thanks, I must've accidently clicked it a bunch of times while trying to navigate the settings.
