I can't download in pc. I don't want to please fix this

It doesn't install arrow. I didn't mind times. It doesn't work.
So when you click the arrow it doesn't show any options?
None of the options is there. I can't install.
I'm not sure why that is, seems to be working fine for others. You can give me your email and I'll send you a copy of the game.
