is there anyway to download older versions? i'm trying to get the animatronic scenes that involve the stockings

To get older versions of the game, you need to go to Patron, and by stocking you mean Christmas, (I think) you simply go to maries shop in 0.1.9 and go to decorations, keep going through them until you find a Christmas ornaments, and you can buy them, and they will be there for the desk setup to activate. (of course if you have enough ingame money)
