By any chance, not the rar file, but the zip file version. Can you upload it?
You should use a dedicated app for extracting...idk why people say that but I think it just extracts the file properly. You can also rename the file into zip by just changing the last extension rar. Just rename it to filename.zip and then maybe try extracting it.
What i did was just download the file from here, extract it using win rar, open joiplay, search for the file in my downloads folder and then the usual steps of setting up the game.
