As title. I'm playing with the Steam version on Ranked mode

Hmm thats weird, casting discord also caused the freeze.   Also  after I relog, the casting effect was on the turret

Maybe it was my part? Even attacking also caused the game freeze. Weird

Definitely, even I tried to move also futile...

I believe it was actually the pyro turret (his flame bolt ability) that was causing the crash. Fixed in one of the 1.3 hot-fixes.
