not the worst idea, but then again there is a reason some dick sizes glitch through the body. And i think you can sniff out why, but i think it would definitely be possible to make Stomach Bulging for sizes up to 12-14 inches. Of course you would still see bulging for smaller sizes, but it would just be a smaller bulge.

But this also plays into the kinks some people have. Not everyone wants to fuck someone unconscious, if they are going brain dead from pain, then their mind is shutting down. So forth for the stomach bulging, but it could be put into the kinks in the game settings.

The titans sized females/males is something i already talked about a little before this comment. It was based around modders making a height mod, and bla bla bla, you get it

For the complaining, it would be difficult to try to make work. Because in the game if you are able to knot someone (saying you have a knotted dick) it says they are trying to be a cock warmer for you, and it hurts for them. But as time goes, it says there is enough room for them to not feel pain. That means they would eventually stop complaining, as they have no reason to, because it doesn't hurt. then the coding and the Dialogue. It's a lot to do for something that probably won't change much.
