Okay, Cubit commented on my video and helped me out. I'm out of that hellscape. Thank you everyone for your help. Now I shall continue to the clock puzzle, which from what i hear from everyone, is extremely easy and chill and requires no help or thinking whatsoever

began playing this game and now im stuck in the area you were stuck in i think. been also going down this hall for like 30+ minutes alongside buying everything from this one salesman and getting that pass to get out of the looping halls, but i cant leave to anywhere else. how'd you get out?
Basically, without trying to reveal too much, do not follow his guide. Don't go the way he wants to. If you're doing it right, you may notice a subtle change on the ground, marked in red. If you notice it, talk to him, and then continue to not go where he wants to- repeat these steps
