The layout of the files for this one is unfamiliar to me, as is the icon.
Was this also made in RPG Maker MV, another RPG Maker version, or different software altogether?

I made it in a different software called Pixel Game Maker (same as the one in "Hell After School").
Similar to RPG maker which doesn't require any coding but the engine is still in development.
Things like inventory system, save load menu, title screen, background are not included in the preset, hence requires much more time and work to build the game.
