the new version is available on PC, Mac, and Linux through my support channels on subscribestar and ko-fi. The mobile version will be available with the stable public build on the 16th.
If you want a non-mobile version early you go to either of those sites, I believe both are linked on my page here but substar definitely is. If you want the free mobile build that is coming on Friday, so therefore is not out yet, wait and it'll be posted here on Friday.
