I was looking through the save file and came across this. Anyone know what this does, how to get it, and how it affects the story?

That's a perk my guy. you can get it as a female in the fertility branch.. if you visit the nurse daily while it's active she'll give you a special apple that has a sticker making legal to have.

in the fertility skill tree the proud mom thing is what that's for and i don't think it effects the story at all
