I'm locked in the story. They said i have to find rats proof, but i don't know where or how to find them

What do you mean? Like, are you getting to the sewers to start the investigation, or are you trying to fight a rat in the later story?

Sewers? I have fought the rat. And i have to transform myself into something else. After fought the rat, i have to find proofs for/because of rats. Also during the night i can work with Boss. I'm in a limbo. I continue to work in the morning and in the night, but nothing happens to help me

If I get it right, what you need to do is head home at around 2-4 AM to get some events with Trald and Gen to continue.

In previous versions of the game it was easy, as soon as you woke up, going to work for boss and then immediately back home did the trick, but now that they changed how energy works think it might be more difficult.

While annoying, you can just go back to and from between the neighborhood and home until it triggers, since don't think you have the wolf/boar during that chapter.

Yeah it's annoying also that i don't know how much energy i have. Sometimes i just faint on the ground, with the game saying that i have lost some money. And i earn some money by Boss' works. But i can't buy anything from the store of Aero. It's confusing. The optimisation of this game, sucks

Working for boss does not give you money, only the ones at chapter 3 (gym, bar, etc.). As for knowing how much energy you have, you'll be able to see it once you get access to the phone.

Ok i have talked to the doc goblin in the house, and he said i have to test the potion at rat's den. How can i reach it?

You need to progress the story. It's the last part of chapter 2.

Yeah, but i can't progress in the story. All i can do is going back and forward from the city to the neighbourhood and talk to Trald in the gym. Kru has said i have to fight rats, but i don't know where i can fight them
