When you buy the full game, do you then also get the same content as the patreon code?
On Itch, you can buy the access to the game, but bonus content code is provided only on Patreon. On Steam you can buy the game + DLC with bonus content.
Is the bonus content only those few extra frames or also like complete new sex scenes?
