Can't you just into a APK
frankly I see this as one of the pros of rpg maker
because it's hard to extract the game as apk from rpg maker but we know it's easy to do it using emulator.
What emulator should I use? Name one

Now what Game.exe didn't work so I tried something else HTML something
No need to complicate. download "joi play" from the link I provided and run the "game exe", name the game and then you can play comfortably.
But the game type is not supported for game.exe
