I've updated the game to v1.2 and added the ability to switch between windowed and fullscreen modes. Please grab the new version and press 1 on the keyboard at any time to try this. Hope it helps!
Thanks a lot, I realized the bug for the weird resolution was that my display settings were at 125% zoom and although all games automatically adjusted for it, this one didn't. Putting the zoom to 100% solved the display issue but a windowed mode is always welcome, thanks for the game!
