If you are on a 30 series graphics sadly this seems to be an issue with this specific game/unreal engine version with that specific line up of cards. And this will not get updates as the original was taken down and the source code is nowhere.
What does it do?
It worked it stopped the crashing and i am on a RTX 2050! Use the CMD codes!!!!!
i have an rtx 2050 and it keeps crashing but i think if you turn your wifi off it wont crash
