While she's in the door, the girls can't get you on that side of the door. While she's at the window, you close the door like any other girl being on it.
You just need to watch the doors periodically, if she's in the door, you have a few seconds to check cams, flip it up and down, don't be constantly in cams, then when she leaves, if there's a girl, you can use the door after a second or so.
