On the Dark Path's you can keep all the girls for yourself. Gangbangs, ntr and all that stuff are completely optional. On the Good Path (harem route) it doesn't even exist.
Good Path's have a lot more pregnancy while the Dark Path's have none. In general there are a couple of pregnancies that will happen either way.
