Hello man! Your works in the PS1 style are incredibly beautiful. Many models fit perfectly into my game that I am developing. I have questions about the copyright license. Please tell me if I buy a full pack for 5 bucks, will I be able to use them in my game? Does the license allow you to modify them?

And one more small and stupid question, to which I cannot yet find an answer, but it seems to me that you could give an answer. I just recently started getting into blender. Please tell me how you do it so that low resolution textures in blender look pixelated and not blurry? Thank you very much in advance, you are incredibly cool. If I had a big company and the ability to pay a salary, I would really like you to work with me, but I’m still a poor man trying to create something cool, ahah)

Hello Dalton, first of all thanks for the big kind words haha, I think you've made my day!  :)
Doing these models it's just a hobby I enjoy and I'm glad whenever I see people using my assets.
There are no stupid questions so feel free to ask away anytime.
To address your questions, yes you are able to use them anywhere, you can definitely modify them as you please, my only request is to not 'directly' just resell the assets ( that is rare anyway)

As for the second question, welcome to the Blender community, in order to make the low-resolution textures(64x64,128x128,256x256) textures not look blurry, you can change the image filtering from linear to closest( In Blender ) , and if you're using Unity by any chance it is called Point filtering if I am not mistaken. Here's an image (*in Blender) :
I hope this helps.
