Thank you! The phone is a challenge item; it gives you more money when you successfully escape with it equipped. The phone has a chance to ring every 30 seconds, and when it does, it attracts the monster to you.
The Fetish toggle currently only disables the Futa Skin in the shop; enabling it will allow you to buy the skin.
