For a game that is about sexual abuse, I do believe the execution could've been done a little bit differently (especially story-wise), but overall, it does make you feel pitiful for the girl who literally has people she can't rely on

it's actually based on a real-life case in 2008 the Fritzl case. https://www.bing.com/ck/a?!&&p=71d58ddbbbd51a55JmltdHM9MTcwODIxNDQwMCZpZ3VpZD0yZ...

oh, my apologies for being a bit ignorant of that

my main problem with the game was...how to put it: When the girl was deciding whether she should take the pills or not, I thought it would've been better if there was a scene of the father mistreating the girl, making her start to question if she should really trust him or not. I didn't really see the dad just not being home as a reason to her making that choice.

But alas that could just me, I still loved the overall execution of the game and I have no complaints about how the game dev was doing this stuff for "shock value", because the childhood abuse was represented pretty decently and I believe this was made with good intentions in mind

Thats kinda of the purpose of the game, it doesn't want you to know immeadiatly whats going on, the tittle of the game speaks for itself "my eyes deceive" it(the game) wants you to be fooled by the fact that her father is "protecting" her just because he didn't do anything seemingly bad for the marjority of the game, maybe thats just my thought on it but i wanted to share my opnion.

yeah, true

I totally agree with that not gonna lie

thank you for sharing your opinion :3

(It's just hard sometimes for me to interpret works haha...but i understand. Everyone has different opinions and mines was probably pretty wrong.)
