There is a 2.0 version of the game coming out... later... and if you mean slow progression-wise, harcore mode and the new UHC mode will definitely pick up the pace but if you only did normal mode and said that... try hard or hardcore instead...
Just stumbled across Airplane. Great work! Really fun gameplay and incorporating shop elements at this stage is awesome. Is adding creator economy elements like UGC and player-to-player markets something on your wishlist?
Yeah. Things like letting people trade & resell plane skins they buy. Also making it simple for people to use those items in other games. If that sounds interesting I would love to connect. I co-founded a company called Asset Layer which built a backend solution to make it simple and affordable to add that functionality to indie games.

Cheesable for an infinite score by just going as far down and left as you can, outside of the viewable area. Other planes and missiles can't reach the player there

The game is good, but there is one problem: the game is a little to slow.
