I'm having issues actually opening the game on mac, I've found what you said was the executable, but it just a plain text file
open the main file "LustAge-0.19.0-mac" then open the sub file named "contents" then the sub file named "mac os" then run executable named "LustAge"
I have attempted that, it did not work
