Timeline on this game?

So I know it's been asked before, but do we have an actual round about timetable for this game? In July of 2022 the post says in the coming months there will be an update, which was almost 18 months ago, but nothing was updated after that. I'm not really a VN person, so probably not the target audience, but the fact that this is omega-verse caught my attention. I am interested in this product, but I don't want to spend my money if this won't ever be finished. Are we talking another 2-3 years, so a total of 5 or 6 years like a regular video game, or 8-10 years? I don't think I'll have time to enjoy the finished product, let alone more than one route that far down the road as I assume my life will be very different by then. Though I suspect that would apply to almost everyone who has already spent money on the game. I know in another post you said this is a huge game, so I think I'd be will to spend like $39.99+ on a finished product. Especially if there was a demo to get an idea on the storytelling and art. Like is there a roadmap like in regular video games, or is this just being worked on in between other projects? Hopefully I can get some clarity on this so I can make an informed decision .

The game in its current state offers 189,000 words of story content with choices and routes. The most complete, and nearly finished, is the Nor & Esha route, at about 90%. Mannequin is priced at $20 which is a fair price for a visual novel with over three times word volume compared to your standard bookstore novel.

If you are fine with playing an early access product then you can try Mannequin, our game is frequently at a 50% sale so it is an even better deal if you choose to wait.

We are affected by several unfortunate circumstances, war in Ukraine being just one of them. We live in an eastern European country and have to work full time as making video games is not viable and we can't afford to hire writers or other staff.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us and provide feedback :)
