I like your game!  Very reminiscent of one of my favorite games ever, Into the Breach.

In a strategy game like this, it becomes really painful when you don't understand what will/did happen, since every small decision matters.  I'm losing on levels with all my sheep and still plenty of grass, so I don't understand what happened. That and I don't know which fire is going to spread to the red. So that's what I would focus on if you were to continue working: make all the information clear to the player.

That, and a little bit of card balancing, and you'll have a really nice game.

I like the visuals, too but they seem to be using a lot of my PC's resources.

Thank you for playing cmavelis!

Into the Breach is also one of my favorite games and it was a big inspiration!

There were a lot of aspects of the game that had to be postponed since the jam only lasted two weeks and I solo developed it. Some of those features were action directions (in order to know which fire is burning which tile), undo, graphics optimization and some card ideas that had to be discarded since some extra systems had to be developed to include them.

This is a super early version just to get a grasp of the main mechanics of the game.

Not sure about losing with every sheep alive, that must be a bug. So please let me know if you can reproduce it 🙏

Thank you very much for the feedback! I really appreciate it!
