Do they appear in battle ?
Sex skill will be hidden outside battle.
Birth skill will be hidden when not in final preg state.
Edit 2: After trying a new save I noticed that it's not a bug and just me not realising when fighting pathogens you aren't using certain skill trees. I apologise for the bother.
