This is a really nice looking game you have here. Congratulations on getting out there and doing it! Here's some constructive feedback: I really enjoy the character design and walkcycle, as well as the game art in general. But I think the player character blends into the background a bit don't you? That's not always a problem, but at the start of the game maybe we want to see them a bit better, eh?
I also am finding that there are some walls you can get stuck on like the entrance to the kitchen. Overall I can see you wearing your inspirations on your sleeve and getting out there and putting effort to make something you really like. A fine achievement.
