Idk man my guess is that you messed with the game files maybe accidentally deleted them? Just try redownloading and launching again if not i think it is a software problem. I just tried yesterday and it worked fine on my android
Which version do u use on joiplay? maybe it's because the apps, and who knows if I use the same version my problem will solve
