I'm not very familiar with Samsung Android on tablets, but it should look like this, from Settings, tap Display, and then tap Full screen apps. Select Aspect ratio or Camera cutout and then select Lewd Invasion app.
We don't have the ability to test on tablets, only smartphones, so if this doesn't help, we're sorry.
Looks like tablets are unable to scale the game so it could fit on the display...in settings is nothing that could help with it either...
But nevermind I tried it on my Phone and there is no problem with the resolution of the game so I can still play it there.
