Is there a problem with my account or why can't I buy it on itch.io or do I have to buy it sowere else

I not sure why they don't sell here on Itch as those other sites can be hard to navigate do to the language barrier, maybe it as to deal with the payment changes a while back?
I think there’s something in Itch’s rules that go against this game, not all of it though
