the only problem i have with this is that there isn't any video settings for low-end computers

my laptop can only run a few games cause its very crappy and i know, but i have a second PC that is better i just want to play it on-the-go
how does one have such a potato pc that can't run a game like this?
i have two PC's but my laptop is very crappy and cant run it
probably its not a problem with computer but with other things like device, system, settings (in your computer) or with other apps.
