you have to install a mod manager like, ex file explorer, amase , or side quest (side quest is a mod manager used for quest and the others but sidequest requires you to plug in your usb-c and some other stuff you can watch a youtube tutorial on sidequest from the official youtube channel or other channels that has tutorial to side quest, in the pc like laptop .
