The new mode by clicking the pills in the bathroom is pretty good. It randomizes a lot of things so it's generally tougher. The gameplay loop is the same, true, but makes for a great little timekiller when you feel in the mood for some roulette.
I might come back to it after some time. But i would love Some more advanced strategies or something.
