What is the difference between the unlocked version (paid ver.) and the non-unlocked version (free ver.)

free version currently only has one lewd scene unlocked and only one android girl can be bought on the market
unlocked version has all the lewd scenes unlocked and all available android girls in the market can be bought

so after I buy my first android I basically beat the free version?
