did you download the right one, there is 3 download links for laptop (Microsoft), laptop (apple), and android, atleast that's what i see on my microsoft laptop
Does your device have a 64 bit processor? If it doesn't then it might be why you can't install the app. You can check what kind of processor your device has with any device info app from the play store.
