I suspect it's to keep it prominent. Alot of finished games also "update" so people see them. Also, games that don't update seem to be getting removed.
yeah could be a number of things, lord only knows what exactly happened. The game is still being worked on though, I'm not subbed so I cant see much but they do frequently say the next update will be whenever the game is completed. until then this is our demo. Judging by the quality of the demo though I'd say we still have a good deal of waiting ahead of us for the completed game.
