how can we get the gears fixed for those of us not tech savy enough to get it modded ourselves??

awesome thanks the farmer next to us growing up had a spirit of 76 and i love playing as it. currently i can manually shift it and keep it there on the numbpad but if i hire a worker it wont upshift. idk of this helps but i figured i let you know
Try the new file now and see if that fixed the issue.
